At Nonstopcolour Poster Lab, each poster is printed to order and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns

Because our posters are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
